We, OBI HOLDINGS Group, are a FinTech group company that provides various products to retail brokers who conduct business by providing financial instruments (FX, CFD, securities, etc.).
We provide all-in-one instruments necessary for retail brokerage sales through our group companies, such as system solutions for platforms, back-end systems (bridge, LP, risk management tools, etc.), and front-end systems (customer portal, CRM, etc.) required for consumer services, website design, planning and implementation of promotions to attract users, and operation of multilingual customer support teams through each group company.
For first-stage retail brokers, we also provide consulting on trademarks and designs at startup, support for obtaining necessary business licenses, and incubation business.

Building business schemes and proposing strategies
We design the outline of the retail service. We consider the target market and the sales requirements required for the service, such as confirmation and acquisition of necessary sales licenses, selection of member organizations, and establishment of sales bases.
At this point, we also secure the rights such as service name and domain and make proposals accordingly. We will calculate an estimate of the financial aspects required for management, and if there is a shortage of funds, we will finalize the financial plan such as approaches to institutional investors and incubation from our company.

Design and customization of the overall system provided
We provide the overall design and development of the service and operation system. We also provide path design for servers, network infrastructure, and backbone. We provide selection of trading systems such as platforms, bridges, and LPs. We select back offices such as dealing desks and liquidity aggregators, front-end tools such as customer management, CRM systems, and support tools, confirm the necessary system, and start customization.
Phase
Construction of service site and implementation of sales strategy
We will formulate and implement a service operation plan, build an operation team, and tie up with a settlement institution. In terms of services, we will build websites, select promotional media, notify affiliates and influencers, arrange press releases, and build social media. In terms of operation, we will design dealing rules, secure customer support desk personnel, finalize service workflows, and launch services.
