Notice of Company Name Change and New Management Structure

OBI HOLDINGS JAPAN Co., Ltd. changed its company name to CLOUD HEART JAPAN Co., Ltd. effective August 20, 2026.

This company name change reflects our aim to align the company name with our brand name and establish a clear management structure centered on our apparel business, CLOUD HEART.

At the same time, Kaname Nagayama was appointed as Representative Director, and the Company has transitioned to a new management structure as a wholly owned subsidiary of OBI HOLDINGS PTE. LTD., headquartered in Singapore.

Going forward, we will leverage the business foundation and network of the OBI HOLDINGS Group to strengthen our product development, manufacturing, and sales capabilities, while expanding the CLOUD HEART brand across Japan and other markets in Asia.

Under our new company name, we will continue to carefully nurture the values and vision of CLOUD HEART and strive to build a brand that is trusted and loved for many years to come.
