Special Sponsorship for Charity Golf Event 'LOVE FAMILY CHARITY CUP -HOPE IN ONE -'

OBI is pleased announce that OBI HOLDINGS PTE LTD served as a special sponsor for and participated in the 1st "LOVE FAMILY CHARITY CUP -HOPE IN ONE -," a charity golf tournament hosted by Hope & Wish for Children with Life-Threatening Illness and Their Families (Location: 4A Gojo Building, 2-9-10 Irifune, Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Mr. Riki Osumi) on December 18, 2025.

This inaugural charity event was launched to support children facing serious illnesses and their families. Under the concept of "charity from golf course," the tournament provided participants with opportunities to connect through golf and reflect on what "family" and "life" mean through shared conversations and interaction.

The event was held under pleasant weather and in a warm, friendly atmosphere. A total of 56 participants joined, including 14 female professional golfers and 42 amateur golfers. The round was played in a scramble format, with each group made up of one female professional golfer and three amateur players. Professional golfer Sakura Yokomine joined as the tournament ambassador, and the event proceeded in a relaxed and positive spirit.

After the round, an awards ceremony and a charity auction were held, bringing everyone's support together and making it a truly special day-one that helps deliver hope towards a brighter future for children and their families.

The tournament name "HOPE IN ONE" carries two messages: that each small action-like every single shot in golf-can lead to hope, and that people from different backgrounds can come together to create one shared hope.

OBI supported this initiative in full alignment with its aim and was involved from the planning stage. We remain committed to continuing our CSR activities that contribute to solving social issues-particularly in the areas of children's education, healthcare, and poverty alleviation-through financial support as well as initiatives such as event planning, staff engagement, and fundraising programs.

■ Hope & Wish for Children with Life-Threatening Illness and Their Families

A non-profit organization that creates a place where children with life threatening illness and their families can experience "family, life, and happiness" and nurture each other in society, based on lasting exchanges nationwide. It aims to build a "bridge" in both directions between "all children with life threatening illness and their families" and "society".

It believes that supporting children facing serious illnesses requires not only caring for the child, but also supporting the entire family. Going beyond a one-way "supporter / supported" relationship, it promotes and practices a philosophy of mutual encouragement-where families, supporters, and donors inspire one another and grow together.
